HE the Minister of State for Energy Affairs Saad bin Sherida al-Kaabi met in Windhoek Monday Tom Alweendo, Namibia’s Minister of Mines and Energy. Discussions during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and co-operation between Qatar and Namibia in the field of energy and means of enhancing them.
