More Cravings by Marriott Bonvoy announced the return of ‘Doha Food Fest’, from October 1 to 31, ahead of the Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) in November.
More Cravings by Marriott Bonvoy is Marriott International’s dedicated online dining platform for restaurants across the Middle East and Africa.
In Qatar, this exclusive culinary website features more than 65 restaurants and lounges across Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive group of properties including Spice Market, Astor Grill, Fuego, Cucina, Deli Kitchen.
The platform allows guests to access information on Qatar’s award-winning restaurants, celebrity chef venues, city hot spots, casual lounges. Doha Food Fest offers set menus starting from QR80 per person.
A three-course set Southeast Asian menu is available for lunch and dinner at Jean-Georges' Spice Market at W Doha, and featuring authentic signature dishes, crafted by Chef Vongerichten.
The Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, will celebrate traditional Bedouin cuisine with the Zarb Dining Experience, a true testament to traditional slow cooking method adopted many years ago in the Arabian desert land.
The lunch experience at Fuego at JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha will allow guests to indulge in authentic Latin American flavours with a specially crafted menu by Chef Oscar Egmann.
The Marriott Marquis City Center Doha experience at New York Steakhouse will offer a Butcher's Block menu featuring premium meat cuts from around the world. At the Crossroads Kitchen at the Marriott Marquis, the lunch experience features diverse street food flavours. Both hotels will also host exclusive private dining experiences with spectacular 360 views on their rooftop Helipads.
The St Regis Doha Culinary Journey will feature exclusive tasting menus between October 24 and 27 at award-winning outlets including Astor Grill, Al Sultan Brahim and Vine, complete with spectacular views, open-air space and music.
Michelin-Starred Chef Pino Lavarra, will be hosting an exclusive cooking class on October 13 followed by a five-course dinner in the Food Lab at Al Messila, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Doha. Additionally, attendees can enjoy a truly Italian menu at the celebrated restaurant, Veritas.
The Sheraton Doha will host two special events: Chef Hamdi Chaklabakji’s exclusive cooking class featuring their iconic dessert favorite, Umm Ali on October 19; and on October 21, two botanical beverage masterclasses at Jamavar. Guests will be guided by professional mixologist Lalit Rane through five botanical beverages paired with the royal tastes of India.
At The Ritz-Carlton Doha's steakhouse STK Doha, the highlight is a unique culinary adventure with Le Petit Chef, the world’s smallest chef. Guests will also enjoy exclusive set menus at Sel & Miel.
Two cooking masterclasses for Marriott Bonvoy members will be held at Westin Doha Hotel & Spa: On October 17, a cooking class at The Hunters Room and Grill with Chef Esteban; in addition to an A La Carte dinner menu, followed on October 19 at Sabai Thai with Chef Pawichada.
At Marriott Executive Apartments City Center Doha, the special combo lunch will feature a choice of chicken, shrimp or beef favorites at Campagnia. Four Points by Sheraton’s Msheireb will have a specially curated Arabic and Thai set menu.
