City Centre Rotana Doha, one of the leading contemporary 5-star hotels in the heart of Doha, has launched its pizza and pasta delivery through its award-winning Teatro restaurant.
Prepared by Naples born executive chef Salvatore Silvestrino, the delivery menu provides guests with the "most delightful flavours of Italian dining", the hotel has said in a statement.
“Our executive chef, Salvatore Silvestrino, wanted to add some Italian spark to Teatro’s delivery menu, and we are really thrilled about it,” said Martin Kendall, general manager, City Centre Rotana. “Nothing is more Italian in its essence than rich, straight-from-the-oven pizzas and tempting, authentic pastas, just as you would have them in the heart of Italy.”
The Teatro pizza and pasta delivery menu has got something for everyone. Guests will find six pizzas, including classics such as Margherita and Quattro Formaggi, in addition to an enticing, seafood-rich Portofino. Guests can also enjoy Casalinga, a sizzling pizza rich with pepperoni and fresh red chilli, Verdure with an abundance of vegetables and Calcutta Express, a bold pizza inspired by the richness of Indian cuisine.
For the Teatro pasta menu, chef Salvatore made sure to add all the traditional Italian favourites like Bolognese, Papardelle Carbonara, Penne Arrabbiata, Lasagna and Rigatoni Alfredo with mushrooms and green peas.
Guests have the choice of ordering their favourite Teatro pizza and pasta through Talabat and Rafeeq or picking them up directly from the hotel.
