The Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Khaled al-Hamad al-Sabah said on Monday that the Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah's health is "noticeably improving".
This came during a Kuwaiti cabinet extraordinary meeting held via video conference.
The Amir arrived in the US on July 23, to complete the treatment after he successfully underwent a surgery in Kuwait.
