HE the Spokesperson of the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management Lolwah bint Rashid bin Mohamed AlKhater said at a press conference that it has been decided to:

1. Deploy mobile patrols and arrest anyone who violates this decision;

In this regard, HE Lolwah AlKhater confirmed that food stores and pharmacies as well as delivery services, including restaurants, will operate as normal.
She also reiterated that Qatar, with all its relevant organs and bodies, is doing everything it can to preserve the safety of society and to contain the virus without human losses, stressing that individual responsibility and societal sense must prevail as these are a decisive factor.

MoI clarification

An inaccurate comment was mentioned in the press conference of the Supreme Committee for Crisis Management on the prevention of riding more than one person in the same vehicle. The Ministry of the Interior affirms that the prohibition stipulated in the decision referred to in the statement at the press conference does not include transportation by cars, buses or trucks as long as it is for necessary purpose and therefore it must be noted.
