Podar Pearl School recently held the investiture ceremony for the newly appointed student council for both the West Bay and Meshaf campuses. Podar Education Network president Dr Swati Popat Vats, the chief guest, presented the badges to the prefectorial body. The function was also graced by directors P P Faisal, C M Nizar, Asharaf Madathil, P P Anwar and Pranav Pradeep. The West Bay campus headmistress Simi Suresh Kumar and principal Manjari Recriwal administered the oath of office. In her address, Dr Swati encouraged the students and parents to imbibe the values and ideals that will enable them to be true global citizens. The event also featured a recital by the school choir and dances by students.
