FM meets Kazakhstan counterpart

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani met Thursday in Nur Sultan with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral co-operation relations between the two countries, and regional and international developments. HE Sheikh Mohamed affirmed Qatar's keenness to deepen co-operation with Kazakhstan in various fields, and to promote and develop the distinguished relations between the two countries to broader horizons. Both the ministers attended the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and Kazakhstan regarding support for the construction of a maternity hospital in Almaty province in Kazakhstan.
