The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a temporary closure of the exit from Bani Hajer to Dukhan on Bani Hajer Interchange from Thursday midnight to 5am on May 9. The closure in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic is to enable the work as part of the Khalifa Avenue Project.
Road users on Shahama Street from Bani Hajer heading towards Dukhan will be able to use Bani Hajer Underpass, take a U-turn at Al Shafi Interchange and then use the underpass and bridge leading to Dukhan at Bani Hajer Interchange.
Ashghal will install road signs advising motorists of the temporary closure and requested all to follow them and abide by the speed limit to ensure safety.
