Homemade Peanut Butter
I love making my own Peanut Butter. It’s super easy.
2 cups roasted peanuts (170C for 8-10 minutes)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for creamer peanut butter)
Here’s how’s it’s done. Let the peanuts cool to room temperature after roasting them. Turn the food processor on and let it blend for a few minutes. Be patient, the peanuts will go through various stages until creamy. If it gets stuck, stop the food processor mix it and start again. The more you blend the more creamy it’ll be. Transfer it to a storage container and enjoy.
