Ezdan Real Estate Company announced the launching of the second phase of its promotional campaign for residential and commercial units in Ezdan Oasis during a press conference held on Sunday.
Ezdan Holding Group deputy CEO Hani Dabash said the promotional campaign covers the residential units at Ezdan Oasis, which features various types of properties, with modern furniture and integrated services, along with more than 500 different retail outlets and shops that can be coalesced and separated.
Dabash said the campaign offers premium and competitive rentals on various residential units, in addition to the “unprecedented discounted offer” announced for small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners, including craftsmen, retailers, investors, and companies, wherein 15 free months will be granted on new contracts.

As part of the promotional campaign Dabash added that the shops offered for rent can be leased out at a rental value starting at QR80 per square metre per month.
