MES conducts webinar on mental wellbeing

As part of Mental Health Day, the Department of Guidance & Counselling at MES Indian School recently organised a webinar on the topic of ‘Importance of Mental Wellbeing’ for students and parents. Dr Bindu Salim, psychologist from HMC, was the guest speaker for the programme. Importance of mental wellbeing, digital addiction and impact of digital addiction, types of addiction (physical, social and psychological), digital detox or digital wellness, manifestations, WHO and APA (American Psychological Association) recommendations and strategies (disconnect to reconnect) were the topics covered during the session.
