Qatar, Rwanda sign pact in legal field

HE the Attorney General Dr Ali bin Fetais al-Marri on Tuesday signed an agreement on co-operation in the legal field with the Minister of Justice of Rwanda, Johnston Busingye, who is on a visit to Qatar.

The agreement aims to enhance co-operation between the two sides in the field of effective enforcement of the law, application of criminal procedures in their respective jurisdictions, protection of human rights, and mutual benefit in the area of the organisation and management of justice.

The agreement also stipulates co-operation between the two sides in the field of training responsible officials in the public prosecution.
